Within just a couple of minutes walk you will be in the beautiful Clare Castle Country Walks where you can go up to the castle remains, take one of the many walks around the country park and near the river Stour.  You could also visit Clare Priory, the Visitors Centre, the Old Railway Buildings and the Platform One Cafe.
